Chi sono non ha molta importanza, per tre motivi.
1 – Non ho velleità di notorietà.
2 – Ritengo la privacy un fattore importante, perché determina la nostra libertà.
3 – Perché non sono nessuno.

E ora una cosa che non c’entra niente con l’AI, ma che mi va di dire.

Ultimamente diamo troppa importanza a chi siamo e troppo poca a cosa possiamo fare per essere felici. E la risposta, forse, è semplice: regalare un sorriso a qualcun altro.
Basterebbe un po’ di umanità, distrutta da una sete di possesso e potere che offusca la nostra vista e ci fa dimenticare che in fondo non siamo altro che polvere di stelle.
Quando siamo arrivati non avevamo niente, e quando partiremo lo faremo senza portarci via niente. Quel battito di ciglia che è la nostra vita, osservato dalla completa irrilevanza del nostro tempo, varrebbe la pena viverlo in modo felice, aiutando gli altri e lavorando per far diventare questo mondo un posto migliore.

Who I am doesn’t matter much, for three reasons.
1 – I have no desire for fame.
2 – I consider privacy an important factor, because it determines our freedom.
3 – Because I am nobody.

And now something that has nothing to do with AI, but that I feel like saying.

Lately we give too much importance to who we are and too little to what we can do to be happy. And the answer, perhaps, is simple: give someone else a smile.

A little humanity would be enough, destroyed by a thirst for possession and power that clouds our vision and makes us forget that at the end of the day we are nothing but stardust.

When we arrived we had nothing, and when we leave we will take nothing with us. That blink of an eye that is our life, observed from the complete irrelevance of our time, would be worth living happily helping others and working to make this world a better place.
